Soulmate Artist is owned and operated by Branwell Pty Ltd (ABN 38 642 130 676). We specialise in custom, made-to-order digital soulmate drawings and readings, delivered via email.

Delivery Method

All products offered on soulmateartist.com are digital-only. No physical goods are shipped. Upon successful payment, your custom digital files—including your reading and drawing—will be delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout.

Delivery Timeframe

We aim to deliver all completed digital orders within 24 hours of successful payment. Please ensure that:

Your email address is entered correctly at the time of purchase
You check your inbox, spam, or junk folders if you haven't received your files within the timeframe

If your files have not been received after 24 hours, please contact our support team.

Order Issues or Delays

If there is a delay in delivery or an issue with the files received (e.g. incorrect format or incomplete file), please reach out within 48 hours of your purchase. We will investigate and make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
